These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MidiPdfView desktop application and website at midipdfview.com. By purchasing, downloading, or using MidiPdfView, you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase of a MidiPdfView Pro license, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your personal or professional use on up to 3 machines simultaneously. The license is tied to the email address used at purchase.
A free 30-day trial version is available for download. The trial is fully featured. After 30 days, continued use requires a purchased license. You may not circumvent or extend the trial period.
You may not:
Each Pro license permits activation on up to 3 machines. If you need to transfer a license to a new machine (e.g., due to hardware replacement), contact support@midipdfview.com to request a deactivation reset.
A Pro license includes all minor updates (e.g., 1.x) released after your purchase. Major version upgrades (e.g., version 2.0) may be offered as a paid upgrade or discounted to existing license holders at our discretion.
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, no questions asked. Contact support or use Lemon Squeezy's refund process. Refunds are not available after 30 days.
The M-VAVE Chocolate Plus + MidiPdfView Pro bundle includes a physical hardware item. Hardware is shipped separately and subject to a separate return policy: the hardware may be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition. Shipping costs for hardware returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
MidiPdfView and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to the application code, UI design, and branding, are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 1.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
